Making some cool new things ... or, better yet, learning how to make them ...

A motionless kid lying on the ground
Yestereve, my buddy and I offed to the movies to watch the latest Batman - which is visually best I've seen and one of the dumbest I've seen, which is saying something, and what is worse, is rated PG13, meaning an entire theatre of 12-year-old boys was bored to death and making noise, because nothing happens in the movie kids would enjoy and if it is happening, it's one of those movies where you can't really see it.
While waiting for her to come down, I watched some pre-teens play outside in the yard, and then noticed, under the shrubbery, a small kid lying, not moving. On their back, just ... they looked like they've passed out. I was on the phone with G at the time, and my brain went from Pokemon Go to Ukraine in a second and all the reasons a kid might be down, like a seizure, asthma, aneurism, playful injuries, all of it came rushing forth. I poked them and sought for a pulse, then called for the other kids to come quickly.
They thought I was fucking retarded.
Of course it was just goofing around, they are kids, they were just playing. Go away, lady.
That'll teach me to carry a safety pin around and loudly say: I will administer the retinal needle prick test, hold up...
