Been a while. I know :l But there have been thunderstorms inside and out and some good news and some bad news and lots and lots of work :D Last night the weather was so.... rabiosa.... that I felt like the God was weeping for General's bachelordom. :)) We went to talk to his relatives about the wedding and it has to be said about his relatives: when they are in a good mood, they feed their guests way too much :D
The rain has not subsided and needing to take the photo of the lead character in my trail article for Trips, I opted for simply taking it IN the rain. Without someone to hold a canape over me, logistics were quite interesting. Although Mark is made of titanium and designed to withstand certain conditions, I am not dense enough to take it swimming. So with the tripod in one hand, the umbrella in the other and a raincoat over the bag, I went to make a spot in front of the statue and wait for the trains to warrive so that the people would spill around the iron maiden. I quite liked the results - I hope the editors like them, too - and here's a gloomier version of it...
Making the dresses is also going lovely and we'll make do with what food we have, I just need to make a plan for it...
I cannot help but think that General LIKES to rescue me... that he likes to see me take on projects and then fail to entirely handle them and then he would come in and save the day... I used to think he would prefer if I pushed and shoved until I got things done, but now I think it makes him more happy for me to appear quite feminine and allow him to prove himself the knight. Dunno, I think that's quite romantic. Letting the man believe he's always right is half the happiness of a marriage :P Also, the doctors gave us good news and instructed us to have as much sex as possible over the summer. That is good news if you ask me :P
