I woke up today with the MOTHER of all headaches ... Even towards noon I was getting a bit heavy-headed, but it's so unusual for me to have one, like, maybe one in three years..., I just ignored it and offed to have our usual nap ... An hour of suffering later I finally woke up to the fullest and was on the verge of tears, sick to my stomach for pain ... No amount of willing it away, breathing, nothing convinced my head to stop twisting itself into a knot of barbed wire ... I barely managed to get off the bed and have a glass of water ... But still it didn't help. Ultimately I caved in and just took a pill, but I hate to be in pain and not know the reason. I am so often able to will it away it pisses me off when I lose a fight to it...
