The taxes and photoshoots...
Having fired my accountant, it took me a scary month to get myself onto that high horse - but I did do it. Here's what you do, if it just so happens you have the least income-y business ever and still pay pretty penny to have it managed: I was told it takes a lot of money and permits, but it doesn't. It doesn't cost anything. You DON'T need a pro on-line account that costs a load, you DON'T need to get the e-signature at places that charge, because one works for all high-roller accounts and you can get it for free at, say, Tax office. Then you file for authorization statement, cancelling others and naming yourself as your own book-keeper. Then you find a computer genius, or the closest thing, and load the damn e-signature certificate onto your comp. That bit may take a while. say, three or five weeks. Well, okay, only two days, if you do it right the first time and there are no holidays in the meanwhile, but my lesson took longer. But THEN, when you DO have the e-signature loaded and you DO manage to log into the taxes site, you have to find the right form (there are pages that guide you through the first time, so it's real easy by comparison) and into that firm, you type in two numbers. TWO. The hours and another, not sure what it is. And then the site automatically calculates all your monthly tax thingies and that's it. TWO numbers. My accountant had to put TWO numbers into a table and press 'confirm' and then charged me for three hours of work. That alone pissed me off enough to throw myself off the safety ledge and take the reins myself. Once I've learned, I think there shouldn't be anything to it for another year.
Meanwhile I went to bum for a shooting site and actually got it. Yeesh. That was weird, as for once in my life the man knew nothing about me - I dropped zero names, including my own, and almost no smiles. Hah! He told me he is inclined to say no from bad experience - and I just dropped my photos. It did the trick. Hello. :D Now, if all goes well (I hate planning but also I love it for the challenge and experience.) we have a gala shot scheduled in the museum. Ai!

Fuck. I haven't been able to get to my blog in a week. For a while it seemed to be a global mishap, but eventually I figured out that it's my Mozilla. It works fine on other comps and right now it's working fine on Int.Explorer. For some reason I am really annoyed by not being able to check all the blogs I like to check over my morning coffee. But okay, I can settle for the slightest alteration of the routine, as log as the results are adequate... Though I cannot check my spelling on this one... O.o
Wrote bits on napkins meanwhile...
:,((( A million things is going on and I can't get into my blog. I've dyed my hair and managed to burn a nasty portion of my scalp to en extent that I now have scabs the size of raisins…. Ewwwwwwwww. I know! Also, Viserys died. I mean in as far as I have read the book, though not quite yet in the TV edition. He shall be missed. He was a proper 'you'll get yours some day, just wait and see' kind of an arsehole.
I've started hanging out with a musician, violinist, who kicked me a little bit in the right direction towards making fame and money, but me being me of course have an instant instinct to run and hide at the very idea. Instead of stealing her phone and making her dial all the famous people she knows, recommending me, I am now thinking, if I stay down and quiet, she'll soon forget me and I can go on with my simple, pauper life. It's full moon out tonight, by the way. I've had first sex after a week of annoying period and then I had delicious ice-cream. Yarrrrh, and if all goes according to plan, the wedding will be in about five week's time :D I'm calculating four weeks to get everything ready and then about a week to find the General and bring him back to the country :P

Google animations
I love how Google does these incredible little graphics in their title to celebrate the birthday or some such prominent date of people and things, that totally capture your interest. Today is birthday of Martha Graham. Who the F is Martha Graham, you ask? Obviously someone worth knowing about, as her Google title graphic is one of the best I've seen since May 1st - 160. Anniversary of the first World fair. Wiki ten educates that she's the lady who did for dance what Picasso did for art and F.L. Wright did for architecture. Ironically I know or like just as little about dance as I do about music: it looks fun while someone else is doing it. But I Nod and smile none the less :)
