Hey, managed not to screw up my first Pie-In-a-Jar apple crumble thingie - G's birthday sweet. Saw a pic and thought: this looks adorable, lemme try. The result is surprisingly yummy, except I made the jar and subsequent bowls far too large and one human can't finish one. (The original is in a mason jar, but I only have the one available, so G is combatting the premium package while this is what the rest of us get.) I didn't make it sweet, either, so it's juicy and yummy and kind of lemony and cinnamony and overall damn delicious. With whipped cream on top.
